  1. Write every day.
  2. Run five days a week.
  3. Listen to great music every day.
  4. Read one book a week.
  5. Spend less money on food.
  6. Remember being alone isn’t the end of the world.
  7. Take half an hour a day to sit, sans technology and company, and have a think.
  8. Keep an ongoing list of attainable goals.
  9. Know everything will be okay.
  10. Move forward.
  11. Be happy.
